Duck Parade!



Every morning in Cape Town, hundreds of ducks parade to the vineyards to begin their day. Like workpeople headed to their jobs, these ducks are on mission to protect and propagate the grape vines. They hunt for bugs wherever their beaks reach serving as natural pest controllers. And, when digested, their poop serves as great fertilizer for the grape plants. Growers are pleased that they do not have to apply fertilizer or pesticides to their vineyard.
